Tinyleaf sat in the warriors den asleep

Flamestar walked around outside. He was bord.

Rainstar came in and shook Tinyleaf. "Hey, Tinyleaf, get up. We need to go on the morning patrol. we can catch some rabbits if you want".

"Wha... oh hi Rainfall lets go" she purred padding out of the den to Falmepelt "hey Flamepelt wanna come on morning patrol with me and Rainfall" she purred

OOC: My name is Rainstar! I am leader.

IN: "please, Flamepelt, we'd be honored if you would join us" pleaded Rainstar.

"yes please flamepelt" she purred licking his cheek

Flamepelt thought for a while. "Ok I guess one quick patrol wouldn't hurt." Flamepelt walked off towards the entrance.

Rainstar bounded up to him. "Hey, wanna race there?" she asked.

Flamepelt thought. A leader racing what kind of leader does that? Then he remembered she was new as a leader. "Sure." He said making sure that hes voice told her that don't ask that again with anyone. Leaders just don't do that. "Come on." Flamepelt raced past her.

Rainstar kind of hesitated. ~Why would he thinnk that? she thought. She didn't want to be a really serious leader that nobody wanted to be around. ~Oh well~ she thought, and bounded after him.

Flamepelt smelled vole and ran off towards it. He came back to Rainstar with it in his mouth. "Hiya. Sorry about that just your a grown cat and leader and you don't see them racing. Kits and apprentices do that." Flamepelt said.

"Well" retorted Rainstar "maybe i want to be like an apprentice or kit". She continued racing for the border.

"Well you already had your turn as a kit or apprentice. Now you are leader and you must behave lick one. Ha ha ha." Flamepelt meowed racing after her. Maybe leaders racing isn't so bad. He loved to run especially right now. The wind in his fur. "This is life."

"Come on, you slowpoke!" Rainstar called over her shoulder. "I'm almost there!"

Flamepelt picked up speed. He ran right past her. "Who's the slowpoke now?" Flamepelt moewed.

Rainstar suddenly flew past him at such a speed, he slowed down in amazement.

"Wow." He raced to the border and she was there. He was panting. "Your good." He laughed. He fell to the ground panting.

She laughed, too. "Flamepelt" she said, suddenly serious. "Why do you think that I like Scorchedstar?"

"Your eyes always tell the truth. Plus don't lye to me."

OOC: I'm not joking around, Flamepelt! seriously, I don't like him like that!!!!!!!!!

IC: Rainstar just glared and pouted.

IN: "Whatever. I'm just joiking with you." Flamepelt laughed.

Rainstar wasn't about to let it go just like that, but she laughed anyway. "Come on, we have to mark the borders!" she said. Rainstar set off at a brisk pace.

Flamepelt followed her.

Rainstar jumped lightly over a small creek, pausing on the opposite side to smell the air.
